You know those 10 or 20 projects you bid on 6-12 months ago? The ones that you felt would close but got delayed, or the ones you never received a yes or no about?

Pull the contact information for those leads out and rekindle those connections. Why don’t you be the remodeler/contractor who calls, sends a letter or an email just to ask about the project? This is a task that is little to no cost for you but can reap big rewards.
My experience in the industry has taught me that most homeowners who didn’t close on a deal most likely have yet to complete the project months later, so even if you’re shy about reaching back out, what do you have to lose?
